We offer 24 hour 7 days per week Remote Video Response Monitoring.
Our permanently manned facility provides sites around the UK with an immediate response following the receipt of images. As a result of this technology it is possible to reduce if not remove the opportunities for vandalism and criminal damage and theft in a way that was never before possible. Additionally, the increase in safety on site, plus other health and safety considerations is greatly enhanced by the use of off-site monitoring. Responding to the System - What you can expect? When the system is set or “active” it has the ability, via the ADSL line to send alarmed video images to our permanently manned control room. Our specially trained staff will view the images your system has sent, and if they can see individuals on the site during periods when no one should be there, they will take action. This can take the form of advising the individuals via the audio link that they are on private property and their movements are being monitored. One of our mobile inspection units will attend to conduct a full search of the premises additionally we may call key holders. Where it is necessary, we will also contact the Emergency Authorities.
1. Permanent Integrity Check:
24 hours a day the system checks for connectivity with the site by being permanently connected to your CCTV system, in the event of any failure in cameras or the system the operator will see this immediately as we watch all our sites in LIVE mode. By doing it this way, we can be certain that the system has the ability to send alarm images to us. If the integrity check fails, we will dispatch a mobile unit to investigate immediately and the client directly by phone and e-mail as soon as any failure occurs and not at the beginning of the next working day as is the industry standard.
2. Patrolling your site
Each night we patrol each moveable camera on the hour, ensuring each one works. If any activity is seen on the site we will inform your contacts. Camera failures will be brought to the attention of the maintainer of your system.
3. Setting and un-setting your CCTV System
There are a number of ways to set and unset your CCTV system. The system may be set automatically when the burglar alarm is set, or it may have a separate key switch or keypad. It is also possible for some systems to be set remotely by us, so lessening the burden on the site. Please contact us if you would like more details.
